HYPNOTHERAPY AND ME

I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist working from my home in Forres. I have been qualified for 7 years and am continually looking to expand  different ways in which I can help clients. Hypnotherapy came into my life over 20 years ago after my father qualified. He has since run his own successful hypnotherapy practice and training school. I enjoy taking the experiences and skills that I have learned over the years and putting my own spin on things. My aim is to make hypnotherapy accessible to as many people as I can, showing how relevant it is to leading a healthy happy life
